Support Staff

Carol Germain, our paralegal, has been with the firm since its inception in 1985.  Carol administers the estate planning division of the firm.

Jo Ann Davis, our legal administrator, works with all of the attorneys and coordinates marketing and outside communications.  Feel free to ask for her assistance if Jim is unavailable when you call.

Lynette King, our office manager, is responsible for client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as handling human resource issues.  Lynette also assists with client communication, correspondence and scheduling appointments.

Karen DeLucrezia is another friendly voice you will hear on the telephone.  Karen is responsible for scheduling appointments, and client communication.  She also assists attorneys in the areas of estate planning and trust administration.

Renee Rector is responsible for scheduling appointments, and client communication.  Renee also assists attorneys in the areas of estate planning and trust administration.  In her spare time, Renee enjoys music, film, and academic research.

 

Matthew Rodriguez is a clerk and assists the attorneys and staff.
