James F. Miller, Esq. is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He also practices in the areas of tax, succession planning, and business planning. Jim has been practicing law since 1975 and has taught real estate, business law, and estate planning courses at the University of Southern California. Jim received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University.

Lorraine L. F. Skinner, Esq. practices primarily in the areas of business law, trust administration and estate planning. Lorraine received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2005. Lorraine is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section as well as a member of the Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Olive Magee Warner, Esq. is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is Of Counsel with the firm. Olive received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1977, and her Master’s in Business Taxation (MBT) from the University of Southern California in 1981. She has been practicing law for over 30 years.

Sona A. Tatiyants, Esq. practices primarily in the areas of trust administration and estate planning. Sona received her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Southwestern University School of Law in 2005 and her LLM in Tax from Loyola Law School in 2009. Sona is a member of the State Bar of California Trusts and Estates Section.

Carol Germain, our paralegal, has been with the firm since its inception in 1985. Carol administers the estate planning division of the firm.

Jo Ann Davis, our legal administrator, works with all of the attorneys and coordinates marketing and outside communications. Feel free to ask for her assistance if Jim is unavailable when you call.

Lynette King, our office manager, is responsible for client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as handling human resource issues. Lynette also assists with client communication, correspondence and scheduling appointments.

Lisa Moon assists attorneys in the areas of estate planning and trust administration. Lisa also handles client communication, correspondence and scheduling appointments. She is one of the friendly voices you will hear on the telephone.

Erica Rogers is another friendly voice you will hear on the telephone. Erica is responsible for scheduling appointments, and client communication. Erica assists attorneys in the areas of estate planning and trust administration.

Robert Lee is a general office assistant to the attorneys and staff. Robert attends Pasadena City College.
