Miller
is a Certified Specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law,
and also practices in the areas of tax, succession and business
planning. Jim has been practicing law since 1975 and has taught real
estate, business law, and estate planning courses at the University of
Southern
California.
Karen M.
Brown, Esq. practices in the areas
of trust administration, trust and estate litigation, estate
planning, elder and probate law. Karen received her Juris Doctorate
from the University of Southern
California.
Clifford S.
Bordeaux, Esq.
practices in the area of business transactions, including contract
negotiation, entity formation and corporate maintenance, employment
and intellectual property matters. Cliff received his Juris
Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles School
of Law.
Vanessa M.
Ritter, Esq.
practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, trust
administration, and business transactions. Vanessa received her Juris
Doctorate from Loyola Law School.
Our paralegal,
Carol Germain, has been with the firm since its inception and
is usually familiar with most pending matters Jim is handling at any
given time.
Our legal
administrator, Jo Ann
Davis, works with our estate planning, corporate, and probate
attorneys and coordinates marketing and outside communications. Feel free to ask for her

Lynette
King is
responsible for client communication, scheduling appointments,
correspondence, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Hers is one of the
friendly voices you hear when you call our office.
Lisa Moon
is
another friendly voice you will hear on the telephone. Lisa also handles client
communication, scheduling appointments, correspondence, file
maintenance, and document duplication.
